I'm in my 40s and have never been so fit and strong. The team there are all so passionate about what they do and will help and push you to your limits (in a good way!) to reach your own goals.
People from all levels are welcomed from complete beginner to absolute beast. The different style of training has challenged me to be at my best in years. They have a children's room which has helped streamline us training together again. I have really enjoyed learning new movements and adapting to a new culture through functional fitness. I highly recommend it to anyone looking build on their strength, fitness & mobility.

Friendly and supportive coaches that tailor their approach to best suit you. Thanks to them I've managed to shed 10kg of fat and counting whilst gaining much needed muscle. Great place with a great vibe.

I am actually competing in the Crossfit Masters. Everyone is so welcoming, supportive and encouraging. It's not just a gym it's a community.
